We start with an informal meeting to get to know each other as well as understand your needs and goals. Here, we also assess scope of work and relevant fees in accordance to client expectations.

Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we define the custom design and construction plan that addresses your budget, vision and challenges. This creates transparency and trust between the client and the architect.

Sometimes, ideas evolve. We adapt the project drawings as needed, with the aim that the client’s vision is materialized.

At the request of its clients and upon agreement of relevant expenses, we also carry out hands-on worksite supervision with regular quality inspections throughout the construction phase to ensure a smooth project delivery for our clients.
