Renovating and transforming a house (now a boutique hotel) in the historic center of Merida, one of Mexico’s most vibrant cultural heritage hubs. This project, an exciting act of reinvention, reshaped the existing structure while honoring its past, weaving contemporary design into historic walls. The layout is intentionally organized, preserving a sense of privacy and calm by placing the guest rooms toward the back of the property with a pool in the center of the property, viewed by guests and visitors alike.
